Following the successful 16th edition of the ESG biannual congress held in March 2025 in the vibrant city of Riga, the European Society of Gynecology is pleased to announce the official host city for its next flagship event: Porto, Portugal.

Renowned for its rich cultural heritage, dynamic atmosphere, and strong academic tradition, Porto will welcome the international gynecological community from March 17 to 20, 2027, for another milestone edition of the ESG Congress. The event will continue to build on the Society’s mission to promote scientific excellence, foster collaboration, and advance women’s health across Europe and beyond.

ESG 2027 will feature a comprehensive scientific program, engaging keynote sessions, and interactive formats designed to drive innovation in gynecology, obstetrics, and reproductive health. As with previous editions, the congress will gather a global audience of clinicians, researchers, trainees, and industry partners dedicated to advancing women’s healthcare.
